 At Wavell, we are committed to helping all students develop strong reading skills that will support their success across every subject and beyond school life. To enhance our literacy support, we use Sparx Reader, an innovative digital reading programme tailored to each student’s individual needs.

Sparx Reader provides personalised reading practice and comprehension activities that adapt to a student’s current level, helping them build fluency, expand vocabulary, and boost confidence. The platform tracks progress in real time, allowing teachers to tailor support effectively and celebrate each student’s achievements.

By integrating Sparx Reader into our literacy interventions, we ensure every student receives the right level of challenge and encouragement to become a confident, skilled reader ready to meet the demands of their academic journey and future goals.
