2024 Leavers' Certificate Evening
On 14th November 2024 we were delighted to welcome back our 2024 Leavers to Certificate Evening as a culmination of their five year journey with us.
We were lucky enough to have Mr Hicken back as our guest speaker for the evening. He spoke rather poignantly about his journey into teaching and Science alongside his other interests. He finished by reminding students that they must never forget his philosophy of “I can’t do it…yet” - a line that has become synonymous with him!
As well as the awarding of GCSE Certificates, prizes for Progress, Achievement and our special Annual Memorial Awards were presented. The pride emanating from our staff as they presented students with their certificates and trophies was lovely to see. We congratulated the students (and their parents and carers) on their dedication, perseverance and outstanding achievements. Congratulations to all the Prize Winners!

Any students who were not able to attend should email exams@wavell.hants.sch.uk to arrange collection of their certificates from Reception during the school day.
